FIELD: electrical engineering industry; electrolyzers of water.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of electrical engineering industry, in particular, to electrolyzers of water. The electrolyzer is supplied with a regulator of a liquid level made in the form of a pipe connected with the a sealed container filled with a distilled water with a capability of automatic regulation of the liquid level in the container of the electrolyzer by means of a vacuum valve. The electrolyzer is connected to a container of liquid alkali through a batcher having a solenoid and a preset interval timer. The electrolyzer is also connected to a burner by means of the outlet pipes placed on different levels and made with a capability of a separate extraction of hydrogen and oxygen from water produced in the electrolysis and their transportation by means of the vacuum pumps through the sections-accumulators into the burner. At that the burner is made in the form of two coaxial pipes, where the inner pipe is connected to a gas pipeline of oxygen, and the space between the pipes is connected to a gas pipeline of hydrogen. Electrodes are joined in a battery provided with legs, on which a frame is rigidly fixed and with the side stops made out of a dielectric. At that the anodes and cathodes are accordingly in succession connected with each other and also with an alternating current source through an electric machine transducer, an electric pulse generator and electric commutators. The container of the electrolyzer is supplied also with a trellis underpan coupled to a generator of infrasonic or hypersonic oscillations. The technical result is an increased productivity, reduced power input for splitting of the water for hydrogen and oxygen, improved safety measures, improved reliability and operational life of the electrolyzer, expanded its technological capabilities.
EFFECT: the invention ensures increased productivity, reduced power input for splitting of the water for hydrogen and oxygen, improved safety measures and improved reliability, operational life of the electrolyzer, expanded its technological capabilities.
