FIELD: organic chemistry, agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention represents derivatives of phenylpropargyl ester of the general formula (I):

including their optical isomers and mixtures of such isomers wherein R1 means hydrogen atom,(C1-C6)-alkyl, cyclopropyl, phenyl or phenyl substituted with halogen atom; R2 and R3 mean hydrogen atom; R4 means (C1-C6)-alkyl; R5, R6, R7 and R8 mean independently of one another hydrogen atom or (C1-C6)-alkyl; R9 means hydrogen atom or (C1-C6)-alkyl; R10 means naphthyl, tetrahydronaphthyl, indanyl, benzohydrofuranyl, benzodioxolyl, fluorenyl or benzodioxolanyl or phenyl optionally substituted with substitutes taken among the group comprising halogen atom, (C1-C8)-alkyl, (C1-C8)-halogen alkyl, (C2-C8)-alkenyl, (C2-C8)-alkynyl, cyano-, (C1-C8)-alkylthio-group, (C1-C8)-halogenalkylthio-group, (C2-C6)-alkynyloxy-, phenoxy-group, (C1-C8)-alkoxycarbonyl and (C1-C6)-alkylsulfonyl-, nitro-, (C1-C8)-alkoxy-, (C1-C8)-halogenalkoxy-group, phenyl, halogen phenyl and (C1-C4)-alkylphenyl; Z means halogen atom or (C1-C8)-alkoxy-group optionally substituted with (C3-C6)-cycloalkyl, halogen atom, (C1-C4)-alkoxy-group or phenyl that, in turn, is optionally substituted with halogen atom or (C1-C4)-alkoxycarbonyl, or it means (C2-C8)-alkenyloxy-group optionally substituted with halogen atom, or (C2-C8)-alkynyloxy-group optionally substituted with (C3-C6)-cycloalkyl, or it represents (C1-C8)-alkylthio-group or (C2-C8)-alkenylthio-group or (C2-C8)-alkynylthio-group. These compounds are effective agent used for protection of plants and can be used in agriculture for control of phytopathogenic microorganisms being first of all against fungi on plants and for prevention of infection of plants with such phytopathogenic microorganisms.
