SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compounds of the general formula (1): 
including their optical isomers and mixtures of such isomers wherein R1 means hydrogen atom, (C1-C6)-alkyl, (C3-C6)-cycloalkyl or aryl optionally substituted with 1-3 halogen atoms; R2 and R3 each means independently of one another hydrogen atom or (C1-C6)-alkyl; R4 means (C1-C6)-alkyl or (C3-C6)-alkynyl; R5, R6, R7 and R8 each means hydrogen atom; R9 means group,
or 
R10 means aryl optionally substituted with 1-3 substituents taken among the group including halogen atom, (C1-C6)-alkyl, (C1-C)-alkoxy-group, (C1-C6)-halogenalkyl, (C1-C4)-halogenalkoxy-group, (C1-C4)-alkoxy-(C1-C4)-alkyl, (C1-C6)-alkylthio-group, (C3-C6)-alkynyloxy-group, nitro-group and (C1-C6)-alkoxycarbonyl, or optionally substituted heteroaryl representing aromatic ring system comprising at least one oxygen or sulfur atom as a heteroatom; R11 means hydrogen atom, (C1-C6)-alkyl or (C3-C6)-alkynyl; R12 means hydrogen atom or (C1-C6)-alkyl; Z means hydrogen atom, -CO-R16 or -CO-COOR16 wherein R16 means (C1-C6)-alkyl, -CH2-CO-, (C1-C6)-alkyl or phenyl. Invention provides preparing derivatives of propargyl ether representing bactericidal agents used for control of prophylaxis of infection of plants with phytopathogenic microorganisms.
