FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method that can be used for controlling reluctance inductor motor with toothed stator carrying one or more phase windings, each being supplied with unipolar current pulses from half-bridge voltage inverter, and unwound toothed rotor includes measurement of period of rotor position sensor, hereinafter referred to as sensor, between all adjacent like-polarity fronts of all sensor phases and use of these measurement results to calculate time intervals determining origin ton and ends toff1 and toff2 of regions feeding control pulses to power switches of voltage inverter given phase relative to origin of next period of sensor, these intervals being associated with length of measured sensor signal period; these measurement and calculation results are used to shape pulse train for controlling power switches of each voltage-inverter phase; one of signal wavefronts of one of sensor phases is assumed here as basic one, and time intervals between synchronization moment upon expiration of time interval tdel that occurs after basic wavefront of sensor signal appears, to closest origin of regions feeding control pulses to two power switches of voltage inverter phases t1on and closest ends of regions feeding control pulses to first and second switches; these time intervals are counted off starting from synchronization moment, whereupon control pulse train is shaped for voltage inverter power switches in which time intervals between next like-polarity switching operations for control pulse regions in adjacent phases of motor are assumed equal, respectively. Further on, once every motor revolution time intervals shaped during preceding motor revolutions are replaced by respective newly calculated time intervals thereby affording phase control of control pulse train relative o sensor pulse train.

EFFECT: minimized impact of sensor manufacturing errors on time characteristics of motor control signals and on quality of control.
