FIELD: milk industry.
SUBSTANCE: composition contains whey protein, which is protein of acid or sweet milk whey, from which caseinoglycomacropeptide, casein protein, free arginine, free histidine, and tryptophan-enriched milk whey or free tryptophan, or mixture thereof. For premature babies, composition is used which contains 0-0.1 wt% of histidine, 0.1-0.3 wt% of arginine, and 0.3-0.5 wt% of tryptophan.
EFFECT: improved quality of product approximating, with regard to composition, to that of breast milk.
