FIELD: milk industry.
SUBSTANCE: composition of milk mixture contains source of protein with low content of threonine, source of lipid, hydrocarbon source, vitamins and mineral substances. Method involves mixing composition and homogenizing resultant mixture. Resultant mixture may be dried. Milk mixture includes composition containing components used in predetermined ratios.
EFFECT: increased biological value of mixture which is close in its composition to breast milk.
