FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting out superficial scleral graft of one half of sclera thickness and throwing it aside over the cornea surface. The first rectangular strip turned with its base towards the distal edge of the scleral graft is separated vertically and in perpendicular to limb from the internal layers of the scleral graft. The second rectangular strip is formed from the deep layers of scleral graft bed turned with its base towards the limb. Distal end of the second strip is implanted into the anterior chamber. The superficial scleral graft is returned to its initial place, the first strip being implanted into suprachoroid space remote from the scleral graft in distal direction.

EFFECT: avoided complications like hemorrhages into the anterior chamber, iris edge abruption, ciliary body perforation and descemet membrane detachment.
