FIELD: sports facilities for active rest and tourism.
SUBSTANCE: proposed oar has handle with inner tube inserted in it. Pre-stressed tension spring mounted inside tubular handle and inner tube is secured respectively to bolt and pin. Tubular handle is provided with rollers embracing the inner tube in such way that it should not get in contact with tubular handle. End of each twin articulated oars is articulated with handle.
EFFECT: increased speed of boat; enhanced efficiency.
