FIELD: shipbuilding.
SUBSTANCE: proposed training boat is provided with oars articulated in oarlocks; oars are provided with handles and rods. Handle of each oar is connected with stem by means of half-gears fitted on adjacent ends. Opposite end of stem is rotatably connected with lever to which blade is secured; secured to other end of lever is tie rod whose second end is secured to vertical axle on L-shaped plate of oarlock. They are mounted on extended brackets to which oblong ring is secured near half length of handle of each oar; this ring is bent over length of circle relative to vertical axle of attachment of half-gear. In developed state this ring is formed by parallel upper and lower tubes interconnected by means of tubular half-rings. Secured on handle passed through ring is revolving shaft locked on either side with locking rings to exclude its motion over handle.
EFFECT: rational use of thwartman's muscular force.
