FIELD: depositing of abrasive materials by method of electrostatic deposition and compositions significantly simplifying the method.
SUBSTANCE: the group of inventions is pertaining to deposition of abrasive materials by method of electrostatic deposition and compositions significantly simplifying the method. Electrostatically depositing powder contains the abrasive particles, selected from a group, in which includes melted or sintered aluminum dioxide, silicon carbide, cubic boron nitride, diamond, a mixture of melted aluminum oxide with zirconium dioxide, and also their admixture with a size of particles less than 320 units (32.5-36.0 microns), and also a powder of silicon dioxide taken in an amount sufficient for an increase of a volumetric specific resistance and a surface specific resistance of the abrasive particles at least by 50 %, but no more than the value of the surface specific resistance of 1014 Ohm per a square and-or a volumetric specific resistance of 1014 Ohm.cm. Represented is also a method of production of the abrasive flexible tool including an operation of electrostatic deposition of the powder on the base. The method simultaneously ensures a good possibility to compulsory electrostatic bringing the powder particles in motion and their heightened flowability.
EFFECT: the group of inventions ensures production of the abrasive flexible tool by electrostatic deposition of the powder on the base, a good possibility to compulsory electrostatic bringing the powder particles in motion and their heightened flowability.
