FIELD: medicine, diagnostics.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with performing peresophageal echocardiography. Moreover, under conditions of operation room under intubation narcosis before the main stage of operation it is necessary to carry out peresophageal echocardiography with the help of multiplane pickup unit. In position of the angle of 45-47° one should visualize aortic cross-sectional section at the level of sinuses with branching coronary arteries. In position of the angle of 100-106° one should study longitudinal section of aortic bottom located in distant field against pulmonary artery. Then one should evaluate branching type of coronary arteries. The innovation suggested enables to perform accurate diagnostics for the variant of branching in coronary arteries due to applying the pickup unit at certain angle of scanning.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of evaluation.
