SUBSTANCE: positive electrode of capacitor plated WITH porous separators is disposed in slot made in center of upper part of T-shaped rectangular flexible frame; frame also has two through holes for discharging gases and for passing out positive electrode eyelet. Capacitor insulator is made of rectangular plate with frame disposed perpendicular to the latter and protruding on one or two sides; load-bearing plate has flanged frame mounted on its perimeter.
EFFECT: enhanced specific characteristics and service life of capacitor.
