FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and may be used for production of high-capacity capacitors using the energy of double electrical layer (DEL). According to the invention, the bank of capacitors with double electrical layer contains several sections of capacitors compressed between power insulating walls together with collectors located at both sides of sections. In addition each section consists of negative and positive electrode, separator, electrolyte and current-conducting ion-impermeable partition where one of electrodes is situated.
EFFECT: simplified design and production method by dry assembling.
