SUBSTANCE: one should perform suturing technique with sharp working tip of a certain modified needle to make six pairs of sternal paracentesis, while applying each suture one should make paracentesis of right half of cut sternum with an empty needle, one should apply Dacron ligature into a hook from mediastinal side, remove the needle together with a ligature, then comes paracentesis of left-hand half of sternum with empty needle and apply internal fragment of Dacron ligature into the hook and remove then the needle together with ligature. Ends of ligature should be fixed to tighten perosseous sutures, moreover, one should bring sternal edges together due to pulling ligatures of neighboring suture. Marginal suture should be penultimate in area of sternoclavicular symphysis, the last one being in the first intercostals area.
