SUBSTANCE: cylindrical surface of prism is limited by two parallel ends and two intersecting even flat surfaces, first of which is working one, and angle, formed by first and second surfaces, first one of which is working, does not exceed value, providing combination during work of limit of projection of piezo-element on work surface and line of intersection of flat surfaces, while limit of projection of piezo-element on work surface is closest relatively to second surface of prism, while prism with plate and its position holder are mounted in the body, shape of which repeats prism shape, and body itself is provide with port, in which work surface of prism is positioned.

EFFECT: higher efficiency, higher resistance to interference.
