As natural sweeteners sucrose, or sucrose and lactose, or sucrose and malt extract are used. As plant filler vegetable and/or fruit, and/or dry fruit puree is used.
EFFECT: product of increased nutritive and biological value, probiotic properties, decreased acidity, improved organoleptic characteristics and increased storage stability.
