SUBSTANCE: invention relates to storing ensilage of fodders. Method involves preparing the association of strains of lactic acid and a strain of propionic acid microorganisms consisting of two complexes: the 1-st complex - association of strains of lactic acid microorganisms Streptococcus salivarius - LT1, LT2, LT3, LT5, Enterococcus durans - LT4 and LT-6, Lactobacillus plantarum - LT7 and the strain of propionic acid microorganisms Propionibacterium freudenreihii - LT8 taken in the ratio 3:1 that is mixed with grits of cereals or legumes crops taken in the ratio 3:1, and the 2-d complex - association of the strain of propionic acid microorganisms Propionibacterium freudenreihii - LT8, and strains of lactic acid microorganisms Streptococcus salivarius - LT1, LT2, LT3, LT5, Enterococcus durans - LT4, LT6, Lactobacillus plantarum - LT7 taken in the ratio 5:1 and prepared by the same method as the 1-st complex. These complexes are used for fermenting pasteurized milk with fatness index 1.5-2.5% in the ratio 1:30. Invention provides preparing ensilage of high assimilability and enriched with vitamin B12, to increase the content of nutrient properties of ensilage and to reduce the cost of ensilage prepared.
