FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method provides preparation of associated strains of lactobacilli and strain of propionic bacteria consisting of 3 complexes. The 1st complex is associated strains of lactobacilli Streptococcus salivarius - LT1, Streptococcus thermophilus - LT9, LT10, LTP and strain of propionic bacteria Propionibacterium freidenreichii - LT8 in ratio 5:1, mixed with grain or legumes in ratio 1:3. The 2nd complex is associated strains of lactobacilli Lactobacillus plantarum-LT7, Lactobacillus acidophilus-LT12 and strain of propionic bacteria Propionibacterium freidenreichii - LT8 in ratio 2:1. And the 3rd complex is associated strain of propionic bacteria - Propionibacterium freidenreichii - LT8 and strains of lactobacilli Streptococcus salivarius - LT1, Lactobacillus plantarum - LT7, Streptococcus thermophilus - LT9, LT10, LT11, Lactobacillus acidophilus - LT12 in ratio 7:2, made by the same method as applied for the 1st complex. The prepared complex is used to ferment 1.5-2.5 % pasteurised milk in ratio 1:30.
EFFECT: it enables preparation of B12-concentrated probiotic ferment with high acid-forming, fermentation and antibiotic activity, able to inhibit opportunistic microflora in gastrointestinal tract of animals, thus considerably reducing contagion-induced loss of young animals.
