FIELD: measurement technology.

SUBSTANCE: methods and device can be used for detecting and measuring quantities of one or more matters in blood and in physiological sample as blood, tissue and their derivatives. Methods are offered according to which methods direct beam and back beam are created or introduced into interferometer from at least one IR-radiation source. Direct beam is passed through sample and collected for getting measuring beam. Back beam is passed through reference sample for getting reference beam. Measuring and reference beams are either put together by optical method for getting null beam which is detected at only one detector or reduced to zero by electronic methods after the beam is detected at two separate detectors. Then the availability and often quantity of at least one tested matter in sample is determined from null beam. Devices for realization of the methods are offered.
