FIELD: mobile communications.
SUBSTANCE: radio access network has multiple radio network controllers for setting one or more routing zones with override, while each routing zone with override has cell, controlled by first radio network controller, and at least one cell, controlled by one of multiple radio network controllers. When client terminal device enters routing zone with override (in which second radio network controller also controls cells), first radio network controller via additional signal message sends to servicing radio network controller an address of first radio network controller, and address of other controllers, controlling cells in routing zone with override.
EFFECT: servicing controller provides personal call for client terminal device across whole routing zone with override.
