FIELD: mechanical engineering; rocketry; methods of production of spherical plugs with flanges for rocket engines nozzles.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the method of production of a spherical plug with a flange for a rocket engine nozzle and may be used in mechanical engineering and rocket production. The method of production of spherical plugs with flanges for rocket engines nozzle includes a cutting-out of the spherical and longitudinal pattern blanks from the woven fabric impregnated with a binding substance, laying out a multi-layer pack out of the pattern blanks and their hot pressing. First from the spherical blanks spread out the layers of a sphere on the side of the inner surface and adjoining them layers of the flange. From the longitudinal blanks spread out the inner ring-shaped layers of the flange. Then from the spherical blanks spread out the layers of the sphere on the side of from the outer surface and adjusting to them layers of the flange. After that using the longitudinal blanks spread out the additional spherical layers of the flange. The spherical layers and adjacent to them layers of the flange are spread out of the united spherical blanks and the longitudinal blanks are spread out in parallel to the flange butts. The spherical blanks are spread out with a displacement of the direction the tissue base of each subsequent spherical blank in respect to the direction of the base of the tissue of the previous blank at an angle of 45 degrees. The offered sequence of operations of the method allows to obtain the required structure of the material and so to improve the quality of production of the plug for the rocket engine nozzle.
EFFECT: the invention ensures an improved quality of production of the plug for the rocket engine nozzle.
