FIELD: shipbuilding; manufacture of ship's floors.
SUBSTANCE: proposed ship's floor has no-load beams of unsymmetrical profile mounted on shell plating. No-load framing is inclined towards its own web. Profile of this framing may have varying section over length of beam and may be assembled from profiles of various sections. No-load framing may be bent towards web of profile by varying magnitude in span between frame ties. Adapter section between profiles of various sections may be preferably flanged. Method of forming such floor includes manufacture of frames by bending or rolling and rigidly mounting the frames on shell plating; no-load framing is inclined towards its web. Profile may be inclined towards web after mounting and rigid securing of it on shell plating by power or thermal action or their combination. Profile may be inclined towards web by means of additional cuts. First end sections and central part of beam span are mounted on shell plating, after which adapter sections are mounted; adapter sections may be fixed relative to one another and relative to shell plating. End sections and central part of beam span may be first mounted on shell plating, after which adapter sections are mounted which may be rigidly secured to shell plating and end sections; then adapter section may be bent by power or thermal action or their combination, coupled together and rigidly fixed with central section and with shell plating.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability of floor.
