SUBSTANCE: bacterium Escherichia coli strain BL21/pPINS07(BL07) which represents producer of recombinant human proinsulin is obtained by transformation E.coli BL21 cells with plasmid DNA pPINS07 governing of proinsulin synthesis.
EFFECT: recombinant human proinsulin with increased cell stability.
