FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology, orthopedics, tissue reproduction and bioprosthetics, to other areas of reconstructive surgery to restore the organotypic structure and function of the bone, including in infected wounds, and can be used in the work of tissue banks to ensure healthcare institutions with bone implants and implant drugs. The invention relates to a method for producing a bone implant based on a sterile bone matrix and includes: mechanical processing of the native bone by milling in an environment cooled to +4°С 0.9% sodium chloride solution, which is fed in the form of a jet to the cutting zone, removing the organic phase of the bone from the surface layer of the sample to a depth of 0.25-0.30 mm in 10% sodium hypochlorite solution, incubation of the bone matrix in 0.9% sodium chloride solution with the addition of an antibacterial drug - 0.05% sanguirithrin, followed by a 2-stage combined sterilization of the obtained bone implants with an ozone-oxygen mixture with an ozone concentration of 6-8 mg/l and a duration of 10 20 min in a flow-through mode at the first stage and radiation irradiation with a flow of fast electrons with an absorbed dose of 11-15 kGy of hermetically packed samples at the second stage. The washing of the obtained samples with a deorganized surface layer from the remains of sodium hypochlorite is carried out within 3-4 hours with a pre-prepared ozonized solution of 0.9% sodium chloride, while the ozonation of the solution is carried out for 30-40 minutes with an ozone-oxygen mixture with a concentration in it ozone 6-8 mg/l.
EFFECT: increase in osteointegration capacity and osteoconductive potential due to an increase in the porosity of the surface deorganized layer while maintaining the initial strength characteristics of the native bone implant at a level of about 90%; biological origin; targeted delivery of an antimicrobial drug immobilized in a layer of deorganized bone matrix to the area of surgical intervention in the presence of infection or a purulent-necrotic pathological bone focus in the area of surgery.
