FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method for bone sample machining in vitro involves machining using a sterile working fluid and subsequent sterilisation and preservation of the resulting samples. First, bone sample sterilisation with an ozone-air mixture at ozone concentration of 5÷10 mg/l is performed for 10÷12 minutes, then machining is carried out with cutting tools in the working fluid, represented by a sterile, cooled to a temperature of +(4÷6)°C Ringer solution with sanguirithrin content at a concentration of 0.01% in terms of the active substance. After this, the obtained samples are again sterilized by an ozone-air mixture in the same way.

EFFECT: achievement of 100% sterilisation of bone samples while preserving their osteoinductive properties after machining, preservation of morphological and bioplastic properties of sterilized objects, reduced complexity and time of implants preparation for their clinical use, and samples preparation for various physical and chemical studies.
