FIELD: equipment for active anti-vibration protection of the facilities of different designation.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the devices for active anti-vibration protection of the facilities of different designation. The invention presents the vibroinsulator containing a hollow body, a freely located on it bearing rod and two embracing the rod and coaxially mounted with their greater bases meeting each other twisted conical springs, the smaller bases of which are fixed on the bearing rod. The greater bases of the springs are set on a rigidly mounted in the body between the springs cone-shaped damper made out of the material with a heightened energy absorption capability, which is loosely set on the rod. The springs are made out of a bimetal with the external and internal layers made out of the resilient spring steel and a resilient ferromagnetic material possessing a magnetostrictive effect. The mutual orientation of the layers in the springs is reversed. Inside the body of the damper there is a reinforced hollow cylindrical permanent magnet with the chamfered conical butts and an axial direction of intensity of magnetization. The technical result of the invention is an increased effectiveness of a vibration insulation of the objects.
EFFECT: the invention ensures an increased effectiveness of a vibration insulation of the objects.
