FIELD: radio-electronic technologies, possible use for construction of principally new small-dimension automatons for surface-based mounting operations.
SUBSTANCE: method for directing products of varying shapes during their transportation includes positioning row-like series of products in receipt zone for further receipt and transfer onto common carrier by watered surfaces of series of transition elements, which is performed with possible rotation, while each transition element is made with possible reciprocal movement for receiving products and mounting or holding them in appropriate positions on common carrier, while closed cycle of step-wise electromagnetic rotation of series of transition elements around common axis or individual rotation axes of transition elements is realized by combined displacement of series of transition elements and electromagnetic step-wise rotations mechanism in linear range of receipt zones positioning and common carrier, while turning of toothed surface of two mechanisms for electromagnetic step-wise rotation is performed in opposite direction.
EFFECT: higher operation durability of small-dimension surface-based automatons for mounting operations with simultaneous increase of speed-related parameters.
