FIELD: glass industry; methods of liquid cooling of deflection devices used in the equipment of molding of glass workpieces.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of glass industry, in particular, to the method of a liquid cooling of deflection devices in the installation of molding of glass workpieces. The installation of molding of glass workpieces includes a glass workpieces molding machine with an individual section containing a setoff sections, each of which contains, at least, one parison mold and a distributor of the glass drips intended for a serial distribution of the molten glass drips into the parison molds of each section of the machine. Drips of the molten glass are fed into the parison molds of each section through the deflection devices, on which the drips of the molten glass slip into each parison mold. At least one channel of the cooling liquid is made integrated with each of the deflection devices, and the set of the channels of the cooling liquid for the whole machine are connected in parallel between the cooling liquid source header and the cooling liquid return header. The controlled gates used to control the cooling liquid stream are individually connected to between each channel of the cooling liquid and the cooling liquid return header to control the run of the cooling liquid stream through the channels and so to level the temperature of the parallel deflection devices of glass drips. All the deflection devices of glass drips are kept at the equal temperature. The invention ensures the uniformity of the temperature of the deflection devices of glass drips and synchronization of the glass drips feeding into the parison molds of several sections of the glass workpieces molding machine.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the uniformity of the temperature of the deflection devices of glass drips and synchronization of the glass drips feeding into the parison molds of several sections of the glass workpieces molding machine.
