FIELD: pressure transducers.

SUBSTANCE: device can be used as oil pressure transducer in lubrication system of internal combustion engine of transportation vehicle. Pressure transducer has metallic electro-conducting base 1, insulation cap 2 and sensitive mechanism that has normally closed group of electric contacts 3 and 4. Membrane 8 of sensitive mechanism and edge of motionless contact 3 are disposed in series along mounting part 6 of base 1. Pusher 10 is mounted onto membrane 8. The pusher interacts with movable contact 4 through hole in plate motionless contact 3. Internal surface of wall of cap 2 is made with step-shaped transition which acts onto edge of motionless contact 3. Cap 2 is provided with ring-shaped outer flange 14. Mounting part 6 of base 1 is provided with ring-shaped groove 15 where part of wall of cap 2 is disposed. It is also provided with outer flange 14. Elastic sealer 16 is disposed between edge of flange 14 of cap 2 and bottom of groove 15 in ring-shaped space. Elastic sealer 16 compresses at axial pressure acting onto flange 14 of cap. Mounting part 6 is provided with edge border 17 to bent to axis of transducer to rest against surface 18 of flange 14 turned t from mounting part 6. Elastic sealer helps to form axial strength and to fix the structure into integral unit.

EFFECT: improved reliability of sealing.
