SUBSTANCE: device can be used for weight-reducing treatment. Device for miniaturizing stomach has retaining envelope inside which the working container made of elastic material is disposed. Working container has aid for endoscopic extraction, check valve and connecting member for plug-type connection with pipeline. Pipeline is connected with excess pressure source. Aid for endoscopic extraction is made in form of rib which has thickness being equal or bigger than 2/3 thickness of wall of working container and it is disposed inside recess. Any wall of recess equals at least to thickness of wall of working container. The aid can be also made in form flexible loop fastened to rib. Rib has thickness being equal or bigger than 2/3 thickness of wall of working container and it is disposed in recess. Each wall of the recess equals at least to thickness of wall of working container.
EFFECT: improved reliability of operation; simplified design; optimal way of interaction of walls of working container with adjacent tissues.
