FIELD: medicine, in particular, therapeutic physical culture.
SUBSTANCE: method involves doing complex of physical exercises aimed at alternating compression of chest and releasing compressive load therefrom, combined with breathing gymnastics. Inhalations are performed the moment chest is compressed to maximal extent, and expirations are performed the moment compressive load is released therefrom. Short noisy active inhalation through nose is effected alternate with inaudible inhalation through mouth, with 12 physical exercises being done in succession. Each of physical exercises is accompanied with inhalation motions alternate with inhalation through nose and through mouth. Method further involves providing 16 short noisy active inhalations through nose and 16 inaudible inhalations through mouth.
EFFECT: enhanced tonus of soft palate and palatine lingula muscle allowing vibrations of palatine lingula during sleeping to be eliminated.
