FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves applying respiratory exercises with acoustic effects that is distinguished by alternating in- and exhaling combined with physical training exercises. Complex combining movements done with arms, head, torso and legs exerting gradually growing compressive action upon chest followed by returning all body parts to the initial position relieving compression from the chest. Short noisy active inhalation is done at the moment of maximum compression action applied to the chest. Exhalation is carried out when taking off the action. Growing compression action upon the chest is done by moving arms in combination with movements of torso, head and legs and then doing movements of torso in combination with movements of head and hands and then by doing movements of head in combination with movements of torso and hands and movements of legs in combination with movements of torso, head and hands. Each physical exercise is executed during 4, 8, 16 and 32 breathing cycles. Maximum number of breathing cycles is equal to 96 when doing single physical exercise allowing 3-5 s long pause between the mentioned quantities.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; accelerated recovery process.
