SUBSTANCE: method for preparing oily composition for injections involves preparing in situ and the following stabilization of active substance as a free base. The improved galenic formulation designated for administration of valnemulin represents the oily composition for injection comprising valnemulin as a free base and this composition is prepared by abovementioned method. Another object of invention relates to a method for treatment of infectious diseases in productive cattle or poultries by using the proposed oily composition for injections. The composition possesses good tolerance and stability in storage, and shows high curative and prophylactic effectiveness.
