FIELD: molecular biology, medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method involves treatment of a single nucleotide biochip used in analysis with fluorescent labels with a solution containing denaturing agent and washed out with water. Control of recovered biochip is carried out using a reader at exposition exceeding the working value. Regeneration of biochip is believed to be complete in the case of absence of a label signal in working wells and reference point (control) markers remain without changes. Using the invention allows increasing the economy of analysis providing using a single nucleotide biochips.

EFFECT: improved method for regeneration.
