FIELD: metallurgy; production of cast alloys on base of cobalt for aircraft industry for structural strengthening of shroud platforms in gas-turbine engine blades.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method is performed in burning mode and includes preparation of reaction mixture of starting components containing molybdenum oxide, aluminum, carbon, chromium oxide III, niobium oxide, tungsten oxide and cobalt oxide; this mixture is placed in refractory mold where functional layer is placed between starting mixture and wall of mold; functional layer, 5 to 10 mm thick contains aluminum oxide; then, mold is placed on centrifuge, mixture is ignited and synthesis is conducted in burning mode at centrifugal acceleration of 30-50 g, after which cobalt-based cast alloy is separated from synthesis product; starting mixture is prepared from the following components, mass-%: molybdenum oxide, 1.1-1.8; aluminum, 20.0-23.5; carbon 2.2-2.8; chromium oxide III, 15.0-19.0; niobium oxide, 13.0-16.0; tungsten oxide, 1.0-2.8; cobalt oxide, 35.0-45.0.
EFFECT: possibility of using cobalt-based cast alloy at temperatures up to 1000°C.
