FIELD: powder metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing heat-resistant alloys based on cobalt. It can be used in the field of aircraft engine building to obtain protective coatings on the shrouds of gas turbine engine (GTE) blades, as well as for the manufacture of dies for high-temperature stamping of metal products and their alloys. The initial reaction mixture containing, wt.%: Co3O4 33.1-35.1, Cr2O3 23.8-25.1, Ti 16.9-17.6, WO3 1.5-1.9, MoO3 1.1-1.5, Al 19.8-20.8, C 0.8-1.0, placed in a refractory mould. The mould is placed on a centrifuge, the mixture is ignited and synthesis is carried out in combustion mode at a centrifugal acceleration of 100-200g, followed by separation of the resulting alloy from the slag.
EFFECT: it is possible to produce a cobalt-based alloy in one stage with high productivity and high yield of the target product.
