FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for receiving of protective coatings on machinery and mechanism details, operating in heavy wear conditions, high temperature and influence of hostile environments. It is prepared reaction mixture of initial components, containing chrome oxide III, niobium oxide, tungsten oxide, molybdenum oxide, aluminium, graphite, cobaltous oxide, rhenium and/or ruthenium, wt %: chrome oxide III 15.0-25.0, niobium oxide 13.0-22.0, tungsten oxide 0.7-4.8, molybdenum oxide 1.0-1.7, aluminium 20.0-26.0, carbon 2.2-4.5, rhenium and/or ruthenium 0.5-2.0, cobaltous oxide - the rest. Reaction mixture is placed into refractory form with located between mixture and form wall functional layer implemented of aluminium oxide. Form is placed on centrifuge, mixture is set on fire and it is implemented combustion synthesis at centrifugal acceleration 50-100 g.
EFFECT: increasing of product yield, reduction of content admixtures in alloy, increasing structure's smoothness and alloy operation temperature.
