FIELD: otolaryngology.

SUBSTANCE: device has external pipe, movable internal pipe and self-opening mechanism made in form of gates. Gates are strengthened by means of axes and hinge loops. External pipe and movable internal pipe are connected with self-opening mechanism in distal department. Hut-slider is disposed in proximal department. One side of nut-slider is connected with bushing of external pipe and the other side of the nut is connected with internal pipe by means of cylindrical screw. Screw passes though groove in external pipe. Square-shaped shank is disposed in proximal department for fitting electroscope in handle; light source fitting is also disposed in proximal department. Light source fitting is made for fixation of light-guide.

EFFECT: reduced traumatism during process of removal of foreign bodies; reduced number of complications.
