SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used to treat: 1) tracheoesophageal fistula; 2) perforations of the esophagus by foreign bodies or endoscopes during their early diagnosis (without signs of purulent complications); 3) insolvency of esophagogastro- and esophago-enteroanastomoses. Esophagus stent consists of the nitinol body and the proximal and distal shoulders. Stent body remains covered with silicone or PTFE on 2/3 of a circle over its length. Proximal shoulder of the stent is completely covered with silicone or PTFE, and the distal shoulder is uncovered.

EFFECT: invention provides improved fixation of the stent in the esophagus while reducing the risk and the percentage of early postoperative complications.
