FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has femur member manufactured as sledges having two parallel arches attached to each other having supporting plane on the internal side for distal femur bone saw-line. Tibial member has base having restricting member and pedicle having rigidity ribs on the opposite sides. Bearing rod, platform manufactured from superhigh molecular weight polyethylene having recess on one side conjugated to femur member sledge arcs on cylindrical surface. Arc-shaped and guiding slots are manufactured on the other platform side, in which restrictor and bearing rod are mounted. Femur member arch groove sledges and recesses conjugated to them are made in the platform corresponding to cylindrical surface shape transiting into tangential planes each of which is arranged at an angle of 5-13° to mating plane running in parallel to the supporting plane of distal femoral bone saw-line and drawn over corresponding tangential line.
EFFECT: reduced friction pair wear; long service life.
