FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a furnace for making bread, flour confectionary goods, bakery products and similar products. Furnace has at least one baking chamber (1) with movable bottom (3) on which the specified products are located while baking or directly on it or on a corresponding baking support (6), such as a plate, net or baking pan. There is a bottom radiant heating device located under the bottom called a bottom heating plate (4). There is space (5) between the bottom (3) and the bottom heating plate (4) that is used for convectional coolant circulation in a closed circuit, the bottom (3) is manufactured permeable for additional heating of the products through this bottom by means of convection without entering the baking chamber. The bottom is supported by upper edge of the guides stretching over the heating plate forming channels for convection circulation in space (5).
EFFECT: furnace enables to perform contact heating on the bottom and radiant heating accompanied by convection heating.
