FIELD: railway transport; signaling and communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for traffic control. Length of train is set at station of departure and when locomotive leaves track circuit, counting of covered distance is started. When covered distance becomes equal to preset length of train, radio pulse is formed by locomotive devices. Signal on arrival of train with its full complement is formed by track devices and is transmitted to station of departure when radio pulse coincides in time with moment of leaving of track circuit by train tail.
EFFECT: improved reliability of checking of passing of train with its full complement.
