FIELD: processes and equipment for continuous casting of steel at its solidifying during bending stage.

SUBSTANCE: machine includes straight guide for billet arranged behind mold and bending-pulling system that provides free path for seed inlet. Bending-pulling system includes segment mounted on supporting side with possibility of shifting and provided with row of rollers that in working position defines bending path; movable portion mounted on free side with possibility of shifting aside and moving to working or non-working position. Bending rollers of said movable portion in working position are reciprocal to rollers of roller row. Free portion is made with possibility of mounting in working or non-working position by means of cylinder-piston units arranged in pairs and mutually in parallel. Said free portion may be mounted in free space near cast billet for separating cast billet from seed. Invention provides significantly increased length of support for billet due to segment type construction and guiding rollers, lowered height of apparatus, easy low-cost process for re-equipping machine due to using the same foundation for modified equipment.
