FIELD: medicine, allergology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for determination of activation of basophils after stimulation with allergen for assay of hypersensitivity to some substances. Method involves incubation of a blood sample containing interleukine-3 added in the concentration from 0.05 to 50 ng/ml depending on a sample volume and diluted allergen taken in the concentration from 0.5 to 100 U/ml at temperature of living body for 15-45 min followed by additional staining with anti-CD63-antibody taken in the concentration from 3 to 30 mcl/100 mcl of blood and with antibody raised against basophile receptors taken in the concentration from 3 to 30 mcl/100 mcl of blood at temperature from 0° to +10°C. Them a sample is shaken and incubated in ice bath for 15-30 min followed by lysis and flow-type cytometry. The second object: a set for carrying out such assay.

EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of allergy diagnosis.
