SUBSTANCE: method involves eliminating hernia defect by means of auto- and/or alloplastic repair. Micro-irrigator unit is set above musculo-aponeurotic layer all along the wound length. Allogenic embryo fibroblasts suspension is introduced via micro-irrigator unit into the wound at the seventh day after operation during reparative recovery phase in the amount of 3 mln of cells in 60 ml of physiologic saline.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in forming strong connection tissue cicatrix.
