FIELD: railway transport.
SUBSTANCE: proposed body of rail gondola car with blind floor rests on frame including center sill, bolsters and cross beams connected by angle type lower binding with side walls consisting of vertical uprights projecting from skin by height of cross beams and coupled at bottom with cross beams by cover with holes to drain water from vertical uprights. Side wall is connected with cross beams by connecting boxes with diverging side walls and upper flange arranged with tilting upwards to side wall and rigidly connected by its edge to side wall. According to invention, channel cross beams of frame are closed in places of connection with side uprights by vertical plates to form box structure accessible for painting of inner surface after welding. Angle-type load bearing sections are rigidly secured between cross beams connecting them parallel to center sill and forming load-bearing bottom of lattice type.
EFFECT: increased rigidity and strength at reduction of weight by decreasing thickness of sheets.
