FIELD: electric engineering, in particular, engineering of devices for cooling power modules of electronic equipment.
SUBSTANCE: cooling device for electronic power modules has lid and base with channels for passage of liquid cooling agent, channels are made with utilization of meander shape, while heat-draining base includes hollows made below electronic modules mounting positions with inserts mounted therein and mated with lid, forming shape of channel. Aforementioned channel are interconnected in parallel-serial circuit for movement of liquid cooling agent. Transverse cross-section areas of channels for passage of cooling agent are proportional to power of appropriate electronic power modules, while for decreasing hydraulic resistance in each channel area of transverse section of straight portions exceeds area of transverse section of portions, made in form of meander sections.
EFFECT: improved efficiency and lower costs of system for cooling electronic power modules, local improvement of heat draining with low hydraulic resistance of system, rigidity and durability of construction.
