FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method involves determining glucose oxidation dissociation in osteogenesis course in dogs by calculating GEMI index from formula GEMI = LDH*M*Lact/Piruw*H, where GEMI is the glucose energy metabolism index, LDH is the catalytic activity of lactate dehydrogenase enzyme in mccat/l; Lact/Piruw (LA, PVA) lactic and pyruvic acid blood concentration in mmole/l; M and H are shares of M- and H-subunits in lactate dehydrogenase enzyme in %. GEMI value is found to depend on glucose oxidation dissociation reaction condition (anaerobic, aerobic) in dog organism in bone tissue recovery process taking place after osteotomy. Glucose catabolism being anaerobic, GEMI value is equal to 44.1-70.5 and under aerobic oxidation dissociation conditions the value is equal to 9.5-14.

EFFECT: high accuracy of diagnosis.
