FIELD: pipeline transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for repairs of pipeline without removing transported product. Cutting machine is installed on branch pipe of fitting, and second branch pipe of fitting serves for connecting bypass line. Cutting machine is made with two parallel cutting members, and two stoppers are arranged inside fitting, one of which is installed to close first branch pipe of fitting, and other stopper is provided with sealing surfaces at both sides, installed for closing second branch pipe of fitting or overlapping section of pipeline under repair.
EFFECT: enlarged range of technical means.
