FIELD: gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the gas industry and can be used in modular installations mounted in main pipelines, as well as at gas distribution stations (GDS) and gas compressor stations, at commodity and raw material bases and storage facilities for liquefied gases, in low-temperature separation units (LTSU). In a modular installation for separating purification and transportation of gaseous products containing a cylindrical pipeline housing 1 with a modular insert located inside the housing, with the formation of an annular space between the housing and the insert, and the internal space of the modular insert is divided into four sections (A, B, C, G). In the first section (A) there is a tangential-axial swirler consisting of 6 blades symmetrically arranged along a conical generatrix with an angle of inclination of the blades to the axial one. In the second section (B), a guide cone 10 is installed, which on the one hand is closely adjacent to the tangential-axial swirler, and on the other hand, in the third section (C), to three sequentially placed tangential nozzles 12, 16, 20 installed close to each other. In the fourth section (G), a cylindrical-conical guide pipe 24 is placed, and on the cylindrical surface of the modular insert there are through holes 30, 31, 32 and two rows of separation bumpers 29.
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of separating condensate and impurities from the gas-liquid flow.
